This phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and runs on HyperOS based on Android 14 out of the box in India. The colours are white, black, snow mountain powder, and rock green. It has 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.

The Xiaomi 14 5G starts at CNY 3,999 (around Rs. 45,000) for the basic model with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It is available in three further variants: 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB, priced at CNY 4,299 (around Rs. 48,000), CNY 4,599 (around Rs. 52,300), and CNY 4,599 (around Rs. 56,000), respectively. The expected price in India is around Rs. 90,000.
