Yes, I know that you might think that using better materials results in a better interior, but the real show-stopper is the new 10.25-inch (26.04cm) full digital instrument colour LCD panel from the bigger Seltos. The 10.25-inch (26.04cm) tablet navigation system is the same as the one in the current model, but the case has been slightly changed.

There is a small screen below the tablet for temperature control information. It has two rows of toggles for HVAC settings, stability control, and drive modes.

Talking about Kia Sonet facelift interior colour, there are no changes to the design of the dashboard, but the top-variant models get new colours in Tech Line, GT Line, and X-Line, depending on the variants you choose.

As for features, the new Sonet facelift still has plush seats with ventilation, a Bose sound system, a single-pane sunroof, and LED lights in the cabin. The most important thing, though, is that Level 1 ADAS technology has been added. Forward collision warning, lane departure warning, forward collision avoidance aid and warning, high beam assist, lane keeping assist, and more are some of the ADAS features that come with the Sonet.

All models come with six airbags, hill-start assist, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and ESC as standard safety features. Higher trims also get turning lights, a four-way powered driver’s seat, and a 360-degree camera with a blind-view monitor.

What is ADAS Level 1 Technology?

ADAS technology means advanced driver-assistance system technology. There are 6 levels of ADAS. As we talk about Level 1,

ADAS Level 1 technology refers to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems at the first level of automation. In a Level 1 ADAS, certain driving tasks are automated, but the driver must remain engaged and vigilant at all times. The system may assist with specific functions, typically related to either steering or acceleration/deceleration, but not both simultaneously. Key features of ADAS Level 1 include:

  • (ACC) Adaptive Cruise Control: This system automatically adjusts the vehicle’s speed to maintain a safe following distance from the vehicle ahead.
  • (LKA) Lane Keeping Assist or Lane Departure Warning (LDW): It helps to keep the vehicle within its lane by providing steering input if the driver unintentionally drifts out of the lane, while LDW alerts the driver when such drifting occurs.
  • (AEB) Automatic Emergency Braking: AEB detects an imminent collision with an obstacle or another vehicle and automatically applies the brakes to prevent or mitigate the impact.
  • Parking Assistance: Some Level 1 systems may include features like automated parking assistance with the help of cameras, helping the driver navigate into parking spaces.

It’s important to note that Level 1 ADAS requires the driver to remain in control of the vehicle and be ready to take over at any moment. As you move up the levels of automation, such as Level 2 (partial automation) and beyond, the vehicle assumes more control over various driving tasks, progressively reducing the need for constant.

Kia Sonet Facelift Exterior

The Sonet facelift exterior modification is expected to keep the tiger nose grille shape, but with a different style design. In addition to that, the Sonet facelift exterior makeover is expected to have a new lip design. Along with the update for the Seltos, the car now has new metal wheels and LED tail lights that are connected.

There aren’t many changes to the style, but there are enough to make the update stand out from the old model. New, bigger LED headlights and new, angled LED daytime running lights have been placed on the front grille. At the bottom of the all-new front bumper, a new skid plate and new LED fog lights are placed horizontally.

The 16-inch (40.56cm) sporty crystal-cut metal alloy wheels on the Sonet facelift get a new look, as the Sonet is now like new Kia cars because it has an LED light bar in the back that links the two vertical C-shaped tail lights. There is also a brand-new rear fender and a spoiler on the roof. Also The Kia Sonet facelift exterior has an exterior solar protection system.

Talking about the Kia Sonet facelift colour option: There are eight single-tone exterior colours, which are: intense red, sparkling silver, glacier pearl white, gravity grey, clear white, and Aurora black pearl.

Conclusion:

The updated Kia Sonet facelift has a better interior with better seats and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. Level 1 ADAS technology makes the safety features better, and the new LED headlights give the outside a more modern look. The blog goes into more detail about these changes, which show that the Sonet facelift is dedicated to style, innovation, and a better driving experience.
