What is RWD version?

When an engine produces power for the rear wheels, the car is said to be rear wheel drive (RWD). No power is functional to the front wheels. A rear-wheel-drive car has a better balance of weight because its weight is distributed more evenly than that of many front-wheel-drive vehicles. For the RWD version, there will only be one 295-bhp electric motor mounted on the back axle.

What is AWD version?

Overall, it is a far more advanced type of 4×4 innovation. AWD (All-wheel drive) continuously monitors the traction of each of the four tires, adjusting the amount of power sent to each wheel in response to its needs.

The AWD variant will also have a greater power output of 663 horsepower. A front axle electric motor with 295 horsepower and a rear axle electric motor with 368 horsepower make up the AWD drivetrain configuration.

It is accelerating to 100 km/h in just 7.5 seconds.

Xiaomi’s First Electric Car BATTERY POWER

Lower trims that are more affordable will have BYD-sourced LFP battery packs, whereas higher-end models with larger battery packs will have CATL-sourced NMC battery packs.

With the 800V Super Hypercharge, it is claimed that its 5 minutes charge can give you a run for upto 220km. Also a charge for 550km of range in just 15 minutes.

Electric cars usually weigh a lot because of the large weight of the battery; the Xiaomi SU7 is no exception, with maximum weights of 1,980 kg for base models and 2,205 kg for top-tier trim levels.

The top speed of the lower variants is 210 kmph, and the higher variants reach 265 kmph.

Xiaomi First Electric Car Engine

At a presentation, Xiaomi revealed a number of remarkable electric motors. The fact that Xiaomi makes these motors on their own and doesn’t depend on other manufacturers makes them significant. Three versions are available: HyperEngine V6, V6s, and V8s. These electric motors are setting performance records and are comparable in power to the powerful engines seen in previous automobiles.
The most remarkable is the HyperEngine V8s. It has a much faster spin than any other electric motor on the market. It is capable of producing an immense amount of torque, or force, as well as power. They used very durable materials and creative cooling methods to make it function so effectively.

Also, they have the HyperEngine V6 and V6s. These are also very strong and spin more quickly than any other electric motor available in the market. The strongest of them is the V6s, which produces torque and power even greater than the V6.
The manufacturing of these motors is ongoing, and it won’t be available in Xiaomi vehicles until around 2025. But when they’re prepared, they’ll be really remarkable and take Xiaomi’s electric vehicles to new heights.
